LVL9 Mephisto Tail

I love this tail. It's a little heavy complexity wise, but I love it so much that I'm willing to drop other parts just to keep it. The bom works great with human skins. I also use it for my hellhound fursona. I only have 2 wishes for future updates: 1) See if there is any way to lower the complexity, and 2) add a texture/UV map for furries who want more control of the style.
