Move the mouse under the cloud and click, then you will get the menu
MENU OPTIONS:
Mute: No lightning sounds
Low-vol: Low lightning sounds volume
Med-vol: Medium lightning sounds volume
Hig-vol: High lightning volume sounds
Cloud: Only a big blue and nice cloud (no rain, no sounds)
Rain: A big blue and nice cloud with rain and rain sound
Storm: A big, dark and furious cloud with rain and lightning

Very disappointed
I wish I had heeded the other disappointed review, but since it was in the minority I figured it would be okay. It was not. It is a very small area of coverage...tiny. You cannot modify. It is pretty much a waste of money.
Disappointed
You can't move it, you can't resize it, and you can't have more than one. So basically you get one cloud that rains in one small area. Found one cheaper that allows you to have more than one.
