Water Skybox 1 Floor +Upper Workshop(M,C,nt)

Swim up to this Water Skybox.
It can be used as a store with an upper level workshop or use the store as a home.
The exterior walls are translucent from the inside so you can see out and let the daylight in. But you can't see in from the outside for privacy.
It has an oval door on the 1st floor for you to ride your favorite seahorse in and out of.
The exterior walkway ramp tube from floor to floor saves on floor space.
The skybox has a 38m x 30m footprint.
This Skybox is 2 levels; 1 floor plus the upper workshop.
The water textures are animated to give the skybox a nice flow and the floor has a nice earthy texture for you to put your treasures down on.
Modifiable so you can change the textures to your liking.
It's Copyable so if the tide washes it away just rez a new one and start over.
