I would have to rate this a 3.5 although it is very pretty and stylish these kind of skirts just look strange. You have to shrink your butt and hips to almost nothing to appear to not burst at the seams. If this was mesh.. I would soo give it five stars!!! Gorgeous concept with this dress and still very nice for a special occasion. I would recommend this dress to you if your ok with specifically creating and saving an altered shape for the outfit!! Pretty!!!
