█ 1) : INFORMATIONS

The Lake Port MeshKit is a Builder's Kit with the goal to help you in the making of your Lake Port sim.
This kit is bundled with a HUD with all the elements loaded inside, so you can easily rez and place your elements the way you want.

█ 2) : PACKAGE CONTENT

The package contain more than 180 elements, each set have its angles, rounded and straight elements.
The elements are contained inside a HUD so you don't have to search for each element in your inventory.
All the materials textures are included so you can use them on others objects.

█ 3) : FEATURES

• 100% Exclusive, 100% Mesh. All our meshs and textures are proudly produced by our small team in our studio in France.
• High quality mesh with hand made LOD levels.
• Decks are fully customizable. You can use your own textures on the Decks because they are produced with square UV map, so all parts will connect if your texture is tileable.
• 2 sizes with a lot of variants. The Decks and the Fences are available in two sizes for each of the variants (Closed ends, fully open, etc...) so it will fit the most of your wants.
• Fully Resizable. You can resize everything as you wish if you keep the ratio between each elements.
• Textures are Materials. To see all the details, you need to enable the "Advanced Lightning Models" in your settings, that way you'll get all the lightning and depth effect we've make.
• No scripts inside the elements. We don't make your sim get laggy for nothing !
• Low Lag scripts in the HUD.
• 100% Copy & Modify except for the HUD.
• All Materials Textures are included.

█ 4) : LAND IMPACT

The Land Impact varies from 1-5 LI depending the element you are rezzing, the most of them have a land impact of 1.
The Land Impact can be lowered by reducing the size of the elements.
