This pack of water settings contains three Environment settings designed to make Linden Water resemble inland bodies of water, specifically a fast-moving river or deep lake, a shallow creek or lake, and a murky lake. Each setting is suitable for use on your avatar for your own custom, portable environment, or for deployment on a parcel or region you own. They can also be incorporated into a daycycle if desired, but they are static settings that do not change on their own.
If you apply one of these to your avatar while sailing in Linden water, it will retain this look wherever you go! Note that these settings can only affect Linden water, no other water in Second Life will change.
These water settings were made using color samples taken from actual real-world images of the sorts of water bodies they're designed to emulate. It's not meant to be scientifically accurate, but to simulate the look of this water in Second Life.
