Make the most out of your waterfront lot with the Lakeview, featuring a large front deck and stairs leading down to a boat dock. It also has a fireplace on the front deck and three sets of sliding doors that can be set to remain open for that outdoor living experience.
This model was designed specifically for waterfront lots, but if you don't have land on the water, another version (The Lakeview) is also available. It is the same home except without the boat dock and stairs.
Inside is a large open kitchen and a step down to the great room where another stone fireplace is set in a wall of windows. The fire is touch on/off and smoke emits from the chimney when either fire is lit.
The main entrance features a set of stone steps flanked by plants that lead up to a beautiful wooden door. Inside, there is a small room that can be used as a second bedroom or a study, and a set of spiral stairs leads up to the loft and master bedroom areas. Another set of sliding doors off the master bedroom leads out to a small covered balcony overlooking the deck.
The windows are all tintable to five levels at a touch (touching any window will bring up a menu).
Don't let my low prices lead you to believe these are slapped together boxes. I search SL and RL for the best textures I can find and spend many hours making each home as nice as I can. Look around and I'm certain you won't find a better home for the money.
All of my homes are copy/mod/no trans so you are free to make any changes you like to them. Some of the scripts are no mod and this will cause it to say no mod, but anything besides the scripts can be changed. If there is something you may want changed and don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, I will do my best to help out and make it your own personal home.
