It is ONLY the Fins, the skin does not come with it, and there's no HUD, but the fins are modify and tintable, you can change them to any color you need. Check the video if you'd like to see them in action! :D

This looks good on some mermaid tails as well for those of us who like hip fins, though the back fin was a total surprise; I did keep it.
The product does exactly as indented, I just wish other hip fins looked nice like these.
