Looks fine but...
My thoughts echo the previous review. The direction for the light is so strange. Almost backwards. It's too bad as the cover is rendered so very well.
nice mesh but...
i bought this to use as part of a build im working on, planned on using it for directional lighting to help illuminate 3D textures. the mesh itself looks great but there is something about it that will not allow point lighting to work properly, when i enable point lighting on the face that should actually emit the light, instead of shining the light forward, it shines the light through the ceiling into the room above. i have tried everything i can think of to reverse the direction of the light output to make the lamps work properly, but im pretty sure its an issue with the texture face that should emit light facing the wrong way, and as the lamp is 1 piece of mesh, you cant just edit linked to flip the part causing the issue around.
this would be a great cosmetic item for a build if you do not intend for it to actually emit light, but if you need point lighting like i do, you might be better off finding another product.
