This sign is modify copy, so you can resize, recolor or even retexture it. (but watch out - you will lose the default texture if you retexture it!).
You can put a notecard and a landmark into this sign which will be given to persons who touch it. I have put one of my own notecards and landmarks into the sign to demonstrate - you should remove those before using the sign.
This version of the sign also has a sensor that detects a nearby avatar and *sends the owner* an IM. It can also email the owner, very handy for keeping track of visitors to your properties.
If you like, take the scripts out and stick them into other objects to give them sensor/contact function.
Really handy for making a record of visits to your real estate!
