This is an easy to use orb that you place on the parcel you wish to sell. When someone purchases the parcel, the list of managers stored in the 'managers' notecard will receive a message, notifying them a parcel has been sold.
The new land owner will also receive a congratulations message. The orb will then die allowing the new land owner to enjoy their land.
When adding managers to the notecard, ensure they are on the same line, seperated by / characters.
