Don't tick off your neighbors with giant, ugly "For Sale" signs or glowing towers.
This land-sale balloon hovers over the land you wish to sell and draws attention in a more neighbor friendly way. A custom script checks every 10 seconds (customizable) to see who owns the land. If the land owner does not match the owner of the balloon, it sends you an instant message telling you the land has been sold.
