Here we have a cozy 2 story home with a really nice wrap around porch on both levels.
The main level has an entryway and 3 rooms.
The second floor has the master suite and access to the upper level porch.

The build as pictured is 305 prim.
The lights and plants can be removed or copied to suit your needs.

There are 2 rez boxes included, one with the patios and lampposts like in the images and one without.

Material textures were used, you need to have "Advanced Lighting" checked in preferences to see the added detail.

Kool door scripts were used, as owner you can set the access (owner, group, everyone, list of names) and auto-close time.
