1 Commercial bin for your urban setting
I have added 2 sit animations to this as pictured.
If the bin isn't rezzing correctly look at the image re-rendering that I have attached to fix this, just make sure both those options are checked and all will be well. That setting is handy for a lot of mesh objects. So preferences - graphics - rendering to get there.
