This is really a huge building: 40x30 meters! Two floors. Great looking stairs and gangway. Nice industrial textures. Wonderful looking, classy roof construction. Detailed and realistic. Grungy look!
It can be used as a large shop, giant loft, shopping mall, club, workshop, garage or role play.
The hall can be modyfied and it is copy. So you can adapt it to your needs.

Unfortunately i couldnt see a demo of this building but decided to purchase it anyway. Im glad i did because it is a great looking building and perfect for what i wanted it for. Customer service was top notch also.
