Latex Pink - Complete outfit - Full perm

I kinda assumed ahead of time that I would not actually be getting a full perm texture here, but I figured it couldn't hurt to try for 7L right? Well at least now I know. Ok creator.... Full perm is something you only put on an item that someone can use with all permissions available. If something is marked no mod.... it is NOT full perm. I don't think you quite get the concept.
