A bit dated, but just what I needed!
I wanted a latex living room set and this is almost exactly what I wanted. The furniture is all sculpted prims, which in 2018 is a bit dated and not very land impact friendly, but on the up side, all of the furniture is modifiable. I have successfully changed textures and poses in the furniture and I couldn't be happier.
When you find the chair and sofa in your inventory, they are marked as no mod, but that's because of the scripts and poses which are no mod. The furniture itself is modify and copy which is good because I somehow messed up one copy of the chair and had to re-rez :-)
Very good work, and good value for your money. Five stars without hesitation!
