Two buildings for the price of one. You get a high prim version (58 prim) and a low prim (36 prim) simplified version for people who are tighter for prim allowance. Both versions are the same size. In the pictures the low prim version is the one with only 2 pillar fires. The dance floor is a wire mesh frame above fast flowing lava below.

1/ The building is modify, but is shown as none modify when bought, this is just due the the flame scripts door script not being modify.
2/ If you want to modify the building, or maybe move or remove the sign and are new to sl and not confident on how you do this. Please feel free to contact me and I will send you clear instructions. Its very easy really, but until you know how, its a mystery.
