The Lavish Studio Retreat comes with everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, cozy day at home.
Having two decks, this Studio Retreat provides plenty of room to enjoy various activities.
The dining table comes with several built in animations and props.
Enjoy your morning coffee, read the newspaper, have breakfast, make a list, or simply chat
with friends.
Inside you can sip wine on the chaise, or enjoy a fire with a fully menu-driven fireplace that allows you to control sound, particle effects, on/off etc.
Need to get some work done? No problem...the desk also contains several built in animations
and props... including a computer to finish last minute tasks, or you can enjoy some quiet time
by sketching, writing in your journal,or just sitting back and relaxing.
The second deck contains a tabletop easel and art supplies where you can finish your masterpiece.
you can enjoy the view by sitting in your cozy over sized chair where you can also enjoy some down time by playing apps on your tablet, answering emails on your laptop, having a quick snack or enjoying a cup of tea.
The Lavish Studio Retreat Cottage itself is copy/NO trans/NO mod. All furniture, plants and accessories included are transfer/ NO copy/ NO mod.
The entire Studio Retreat including cottage and all furnishings and accessories is 199 prims total.
The Cottage itself is 72 prims without any furniture or accessories.
Doors and windows are fully scripted to open close on touch. Chandelier and desk lamp
are fully scripted to turn on and off on touch.
The mailbox out front is also fully functional and will accept note cards from visitors which you can retrieve at a later time.
In addition, the Studio Retreat also includes beautiful meadow flowers, spring trees, as well as a scripted swing for your enjoyment.

Beautiful little studio house
It's beautiful! The only thing I would change is the flowers for the garden/grass to be "phantom" so that our avies can walk through the flowers and not on top of the flowers :) other than that - beautiful little studio house and gorgeous items included :) Love the tree with swing and everything else :)
