1. Set your active group inside the edit menu of the group joiner.
2. Drag and drop your group texture on the lower area of the group joiner.
3. When someone touches the group joiner they will be sent a link to the group info page where they can join.

This is so easy to use and works so well. If you want to link this to a group that you have created yourself and not your current land group, you should use version (b). Once you've rezzed version (b), go to your Groups list, click on the group you created and then click the 'View profile' icon. Click on the 'General' tab, and your Group Key is displayed at the top. Copy it. Now right click the Group Joiner and select edit. Make sure you are on the 'General' tab, then paste your Group Key into the box labelled 'Description'. Job done! (These instructions relate to the Firestorm viewer, but I'm sure other viewers are similar.)

...and that's saying something, coming from someone without an ounce of techie nous!

It works
Not the greatest if you have your land set to a staff group and want it for just the customers group. I had to subdivide my land with one sqm just for it to work.
