I was hopelessly looking for a high waist skirt for ages now, didn't find. Or it had issues that were not acceptable to me, like length, bad rig, ugly folds in the wrong places, too large or too tight - as i wear mesh pantyhose under almost everything. I have a lot of tops, shirts, jackets that screamed for a high waist skirt and this one, except a minor thing, meets my needs and the price is just right, as its for my personal use.
The minor issue is that when walking, the bottom of the skirt goes into the left thigh on the back, just a little bit (Legacy body)

but I not asking for a fix because I am so happy with the rest, rig is good, the textures, maps are awesome.
(we've seen many major flaws and superficiality from famous names in SL... brrr)
