You can not sell or transfer the right to resell or transfer.
You may use these templates and mesh models to create your own clothes and sell them with limited permissions (either copy/modify or modify/transfer)
but you are not allowed to distribute or sell them as textures or full perm mesh models.

I(f the designer will get ahold of me and fix this I will change the review because it really is a cute necklace and I want to use it in my designs!
