This "Jason" shape was specifically created for the Lelutka Quinn mesh head and includes tweaked versions to make the most of the Legacy, Athletic, Belleza Jake and Signature Gianni mesh body.
The skin I used is by Birth (mentioned in note card) and a body skin by Velour. The shape may possibly look good with other skins, but don't expect it to look great with other heads or bodies.
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SHAPE TO USE WITH OTHER MESH HEADS/BODIES.

Now for the cold hard facts (ahem):
The mesh head, body and skin are NOT INCLUDED with this shape. If you haven't purchased these yet, head over to Lelutka, the various mesh body creators, Birth and Velour respectively. You'll find landmarks in the styling card
