This tail is entirely mesh (apart from the hidden base prim) and has several animation options. In some cases, the tail might show as "no modify" in inventory, it is actually modifiable. The reason it shows up that way is because of one of the scripts in it that was used for the tinting & texturing HUD.

If you don't mind the tail "flashing" as if it's an alpha texture, then the tail is fine. My viewer seems to have some sort of bugginess to it rezzing all the mesh pieces that are attached to your body. Even after five or six minutes in a skybox, the viewer still wasn't rezzing all of the pieces. I tried logging back out and in, thinking maybe it was me, but I'm now worried that it was actually LOD issues on two of the mesh pieces for the left side swing of the tail.
Don't discount this review, however, as the sculpting on the tail is quite good. If it was stationary, I might have more call to use it.

It's a beautiful bomb.
This tail is so beautiful. It's SO beautiful. The textures are gorgeous and the scripts are low-cost. It fits absolutely perfectly with my avatar--
And it's totally, TOTALLY ruined by the fact that this tail kills a viewer. Two of these tails onscreen at a time turns an i7 into a potato. I don't blame the seller, but the system can't deal with this thing. It can quickly butcher a 30-60+fps experience into a 2-10fps slowdown.
There's nothing out there as pretty as this tail, but buyers be warned: It's going to cost you more than lindens.
