The "Let It Snow!" is a particle emitter which emits particles at a configurable height from its object. The particles then fall to the ground therefore simulating snowfall. The snow covers an area of about 15 meters in diameter.
The emitter could be run continuously or for a user-set duration which may be repeated after a user-set idle period. Particle parameters are configurable via an on-touch menu system.
As the emitter supports user-selectable sizes, colors and textures of the emitted particles it may be deployed for multiple aplications in addition to snow simulation. For instance, it may be used for ticker-tape or confetti celebratory events, meteor showers or whatever effects that involve multiple small things "falling from the skies".
