Doesn't Have A BoM Layer. No Response From Store Owner.
It's package contained everything but the BoM layer which is required for my particular body type. I contacted the store owner about this with a note card but received no response. What also really sucks is that I wanted to wear the tattoo for a specific event and didn't get to b/c the owner has not at all responded to me & it has been almost a month since I contacted them about the issue. :/
