I have gotten a lot of organizers in SL and i love them for storage and sheer practicality untill it came to one point... retrieval.
It always required being in an area where i could drop this massive 100 prim or more item and when a hud attachment version came out i jumped and spent thousands... only to find that the loading process and retrieval process were super slow and arduous even for a mega organizer like me.
So i've stopped complaining and started working and i'd like to share this item with you!
No renameing of items required. No painstaking notecard to write to create an inventory list, no need to be RLV compatable, and no need to remember what an item was named to retreive it!
To load it works like most organizers drop and edit > edit LINKED parts > choose your square or "drawer" > retexture it with a full perm image of your choice for ease of reference then fill the content tab with your items and rename the box you filled. The organizer currently does NOT support "no copy" items.
To retrieve your items either redrop OR attach to your hud! and click the panel you desire and the items will be delivered in a folder to your inventory! The name of the folder is what you named the "drawer" as you filled it, for easy retrieval and location. If you do not name the "drawer", the folder will be named "Your items from Lexipedia Designs Organizer" by default.
The HUD itself is 99 prims and will fill your entire screen while attached. I am currently working on a "lite" version. Lower prim and only half screen with a flip script.

With the problems Firestorm is saying with RLV and the new SSB i like having a back up to using a third party viewer. Very Inexpensive for a copy item. Well Done!

Very interesting, however, this item is not for slow people, or noobs who are in a way still new, awsome so far though ^..^
The support tries really to be helpfull... but that does not help to make this item usefull...
The use of this hud is quite simple... whenever you want to store something into it or take it out, you just have to call the creator. When online, Lexi will tell you in about an hour, what you have to edit in what way, and how to get things in or out.
Then you can drop your items one by one into the folders, as far as you can see one of them...
With great luck it should be possible to get them back later. Well, Lexi tells that.
I seem to be none of the lucky ones.
Better is: Delete the items that you don't want, and give the $200 someone in need.
But i you have much time, much money, good nerves and lots of items you want to delete with style, this item might be the right one for you.
Just what I was looking for!
So easy to use and just what I was looking for! The mod rights lets me re-texture so i can see my items at a glance without going RLV and having to use a third party viewer. So inexpensive for a copy item too! So many outfits to put into it but i'll better get sorting :) ty for this. Awesome work!
