This is an DEMO for Omega based applier, made for mesh heads, but there are as well tattoo layers included for SL standard avatars.
It allows you to add cute, quite natural looking freckles to your Avatar's head. It is suggested for pale and tanned skins, please check out this DEMO to make sure it suits your skin tone.
Full versions of tattoo layer are mod able, so you can tint your freckles and add additional tattoos to different body parts.

The Applier is tested with different mesh heads, like Catwa, Logo etc.
known flaws:

Applier does not work with LAQ Trinity head yet, since LAQ head (version 1.5) does not support the Omega cheek layer.
