This is a leather-covered library chair, for which the seat height can be adjusted up and down by clicking on the base. Clicking on the seat allows poses to be selected and their positions adjusted. Copy-mod, so you can resize and retexture it, add your own poses, and replicate as many as you like.
Note that this will show up in your inventory as no-mod, but it is nevertheless fully modifiable. The reason is that some of the animations that it contains are no-mod.
