AD Board function:

➽ Distributes, Landmark and Notecard.
➽ View the Tenant's Online Status.
➽ Terminate Lease.
➽ Update the inventory.
➽ Proof of sending content.
➽ Changing prices even when the ad board is already rented.
➽ Owner Menu, you can edit the content as if you were the customer. (TEST , RESET , INFO , TERMINATE, ADD,"SET PRICE","AV_KEY").

➽ The customer and the owner can add items without resetting. (NEW FUNCTION)
