Allows you to create an item that will give out contents when touched.
Features:
> Set the hovertext to show item name and what they are taking.
> Customer can set the item to Owner/Group/Everyone to be allowed to take an item
> Shows the owner who has taken an item
> Displays the amount of items left available to take
> Toggle hovertext on/off
*Only owner of the item will see the options menu*
