This classic light switch design is one single prim with a land impact of 1 at standard size They have a high level of detail so can be seen at distance. The pack also includes a modular wiring tube system as seen on old industrial buildings which go from the switch along the wall to add extra realism. The pack includes long and short tubes with or without junction boxes (see pics)They come fully textured and the pack includes full perm shadow bake and both clean and dirty textures.

Not a bad building component.
A couple of notes for this set:
1. There aren't any materials/PBR for this. Just diffuse maps.
2. The meshes 'cheat' the LOD system by adding extra polygons around the object to expand its bounding box. A few products do this, but this one is particularly aggressive with them since the polygons have their own texture faces and are quite large, meaning they could be accidentally selected when moving the camera or editing faces.
