Just right for the need
I sometimes make my off sim stuff but this was really intriguing. I did mod it a little in regards to the housing in the top by inserting a light itself. Also I did move the root prim out as far as it could go to make for more space off sim. So in that regards to the last reviewer. Do your homework before making a review it is an off-sim lighthouse. I think it looks great and might even add some island mass later.
Disappointed
Looked great in pictures. However, not really an off-sim item. Sure with great manipulation you can push it out, but I would never call this something built for off-sim. Quite disappointed.

This is awesome!! I had another off sim lighthouse that was a huge drain (heavy scripts) and didn't look half as good as this one. Not only does this have a great look out of box but you can even go further by changing the textures to what ever you want. I gave it an old school look and it is exactly what i wanted.
I can't believe this has not gotten any reviews over the years.
