By default is 45m high and has only 9 prims in the Low LOD version. Downsizing reduce the land impact even more.
Comes in two main variants, with lights or without lights.
Also each one in 3 LOD variants.
The land impact for each variant is
Low LOD No Lights: 9 Li
Low LOD Lights On: 14 Li
Medium LOD No Lights: 19 Li
Medium LOD Lights On: 24 Li
High LOD No Lights: 45 Li
High LOD Lights On: 50 Li

Advantages of this lighthouse as compared to many many others in SL:
1. It can be viewed inworld first so you can see what you're getting before buying
2. The package contains different versions with and without light, and low medium or high LOD
3. It's copy/mod so you can make changes such as to size or texture or linking to other objects
4. Very reasonably priced!
I took the highest LOD model and shrank it down to fit my inworld space, then adapted it to off-sim use. Perfect!
