This is an off sim lighthouse, although an on sim version is also included in the box, (free standing not on a rock).
This lighthouse has a rotating top that displays and then hides the light to produce the on off effect.
There are two versions of each in the box (on sim and off sim), a very high version and a shorter version
High version. Dimensions:
Off sim 48m high, base 26m x 24m
On sim 44m high, base 12m x 12 m
Short version. Dimensions:
Off sim 37m high, base 26m x 24m
On sim 33m high, base 12m x 12 m
Off sim version = 13 prim
On sim version = 9 prim
The off sim version is able to be extended off sim by: 17m for the high version and 31m for the short version
