Cute little boathouse inspired by the aesthetics of the classic VW buses. The house features original textures created for it, tintable windows with three available tints (light, dark, and private). The ceiling features a faux skyline, so that you'll feel like your outdoors while safely being within the protection of your metallic bubble! The house also features parquet wood floors, an external patio area, white tile walls, fully working door, and the whole thing is completely modifiable by you.
The lil boathouse is only 29 prims and was built on a 512m plot, thus making it perfect for those size plots. It also makes a wonderful skybox.
