These multi-purpose exterior add-ons can be patios or carports or RV shelters. Lots of possibilities.

I made this originally as a patio extension off the back French Doors for my Winchester Home. A friend decided to put her copy on the opposite of the house as a carport. That works swimmingly!.

Three version include the complete shelter with patio base, the shelter only and a low prim version without the fancy high LOD windows (5li).

The other versions weigh in at 12LI.
The wood is carefully baked with subtle shadows to match the trim on the LH houses. The side and brick texture are the tiling textures that come in the home pack.

These can be modified to work with other styles of traditional home. The roof and beams need to be moved INTO the building for things to fit correctly. This was planned. So it is not a freestanding item although you could make a matching plain wall and connect the add-on to that.

Certainly these can be use for other homes, not just the new Linden models. Simple drag your siding texture onto the appropriate place and adjust texture perimeters if needed.
