If you want to visit Seligmann in-world keep in mind the store is located within the 1920s Berlin role-play sim. You will be teleported to the entry of the sim. Grab a proper dress. Walk into the train station and sit down inside the carriage. Leave the train station you reached and take the tram opposite of the station. Leave it at next stop and walk back a few metres. The store is on the left hand Friedrichstrasse 2. Masel tov!
