Additionally, some textures in this house are compatible with the new "Advanced Lighting Model" feature in Second Life viewers. This allows for the creation of more realistic texture surfaces that respond like materials to lighting!
To see this texture at its best potential you'll need a recent viewer and you will need to enable the "advanced lighting model" under your preferences.
This option is enabled automatically for avatars with their graphics set to "High" or "Ultra". Avatars who do not enable this will see the standard textures

What others have said I can 100% confirm. I thought maybe i could fix it up some and such since it just minor things mentioned..... WOW walls sections are .367, .552,.209 all on front wall lol. they tossed random filler blocks in sections with a texture it seems where the building was unfinished? thing like Stars have gaps. Wall sections are not aligned. Stair rails are not even connected. Weird water sound attached to Bathroom fixture never stops dripping out of the box. when walk by fridge door slaps you in face lol. you have to rez it to get what i mean. almost like creator made it to hit you in face on purpose as walk by. No clicking on it required trigger item..... Lock system on doors has no functions to change users. Always stuck on Anyone/Group/Owner. always reverts back after wont save. this script also non mod. To add the topping of it all! Half blocks made on this just left wood. I bought this for size figured I try fix it up. But this one going directly into recycling bin after this review.

what a well put together and beautiful home. just what I was searching for and much, much cheaper than most of this caliber.
Lovely beach house
Looks as lovely as it appears in the vendor pic. The furnished version is a wee bit laggy and there's the constant sound of running/bubbling water that for the life of me I can't find to turn off, but switching to the unfurnished version will probably take care of that.
Those two little niggles aside, it's gorgeous and well worth the price tag.
yes it is big. Like most things in SL
Yes it is a big scale so is my Linden home. And most of the nice places in SL. if it is made to scale you have issues with camera angles. I know I have some houses at scale too. It seems well built and the windows, doors and awning scripts work great
you get what you see and I am very happy with what I see.

I rezed this on my own property this morning and was suitably surprised. I looked at all sorts of furnished homes only one was in comparison but not at all modern. The rest, WOW, why would you put a plywood looking dinning table with four plastic looking chairs in a home to eat - but no kitchen? Some you walked in and the bathroom is first door on your right or left then the living room! Cheap stairs! This is really an exceptional buy. I am starting to build on all the property I have accumulated and will be looking at his other larger designs now!
