By purchasing this item, you are agreeing to the terms of service, failure to read these terms is not an excuse for breaking them. Any person caught violating this TOS will be reported to Linden Labs for a TOS violation, prosecuted for breach of the DMCA, and served with a takedown order. This is my business, my job, my art, and I take this very seriously.

Meshes are sold on the marketplace by Alexei Aichi, an ALT of Skyler Glasswing.

1) NO reselling with full permissions, or with copy/trans permissions

2) NO giving away with full permissions or copy/trans permissions - This includes family, friends, ALTS, etc...

3) YES you can give away/sell products YOU CREATE with my items for any price, as long as they are not FP or copy/trans!

4) NO re-using my advertisements to sell YOUR products

5) YES You may set a new root prim on the item to show you as the creator. (however, this does not cancel out this TOS, and does not mean you can disregard it.) In fact, we highly recommend changing the root prim by adding a new prim to show yourself as the creator when creating products with our items, this helps YOUR customers know who to contact in the event of problems.

6) YES Items MAY BE USED on other grids, but ONLY WHEN the DAE/OBJ/PSD files are included with the purchased product, PROVIDED you let us know in advance. We don't want to assume someone stole our products if that is not the case.
"BASIC" products do not include DAE files, "FULL" products do!
