Rosa Skybox.!
This build is copy and modify , It is 52 prims and is approximately 25 x14 large.
It includes a few decorations ,such as books, drapes, lamps and shelves.Doors and windows are scripted with access list inside that you can modify as you wish.
Not in rezzer. Just place the house on the ground and set at the desired position.
This is a 100% mesh house. You must have a mesh compatible viewer!

Well now...
This is NOT 12x25. It fits inside the borders of a 20x20, which is nice if that is what you are looking for, but I was looking for something to fit in that 12x space. The false advertisement of dimensions has to be a negative 2-stars.
Other than that, it looks very nice and I'm sure I'll find a place for it. One thing is for sure though, it will not fit a 512 unless you want to come home to your neighbor having returned your box.

I would have put 10 stars if i was able because the textures are gorgious the /light /prims vs size is just perfect, it looks so real, just love it. Continu your great job and thanks :)
