** The Little Veg Shop **
Small but perfectly formed, for 18 prims you will be amazed at the detail in this build.
Approaching the shop, three sash windows allow a tempting glimpse of what your store has to offer. Entering through the quaint windowed door, you will come into a traditional shop, with all slate counters, wooden shelving and flagstone floor. A small inner door leads you to the shopkeep's space, behind the large windowed counter. There is a back door too, and a tiny ladder that leads up into the loft where all the stock can be stored, perhaps a little blanket for the shopkeep to rest on too.
All parts of this build are 100% mesh, and textures are baked for extra realism. All shelving and inner walls are included in this tiny prim count. These can be removed if you wish, however please bear in mind the shaddows will remain unless you change the wall texture too. Windows are 3d with glass, and door handles are all 3d modeled.
** Permissions **
Permissions for the building are copy and modify, no transfer. The build will appear in your inventory as (no modify) but this is only due to the Kool Door scripts. All textures and parts are fully modifyable.
** Size and Land Impact **
The build is a tiny 18 prims delivered size.
Base area is 19M x 15M
Please be aware this build will increase in Land Impact (prims) if it is scaled up or down, and remember if you wish to scale to enable 'stretch textures' in the edit window.

I absolutely love this small building! Added bonus is the included shelving since its so hard to find decent shelves that match a stores own texture, this is a great add in! I also love the fact that if your one who dont like doors, it can be easily removed. Theres a great space on the outside wall for a shop keepers sign as well. Well worth the linden and a great build for the prim value! I look forward to collecting your other builds.
