Lockable Dunce Cap
If you enjoy being vulnerable to others, then this is the item for you!
The scripts will not give a menu to the wearer. There is only the public/exposed mode, and the Dunce Cap hat will only be lockable/unlockable to other avatars.
The menu others get is extremely simple, and there should be no need to explain.
