These are the 'normal' free Lockmeister cuffs.
The price you pay is for the implantation of the
RealMaster plugin.
This is pretty useful, even if you are not owned, because
you will be able to lock the cuffs, so some dumb RLV device won't take them off.
Of course, the scripts are NoMod.
