Hello! Thank you for you interest in the 2 Tone labs lock picks. These are special RP (rope playing) objects designed to allow for better role playing and interaction with lockable objects and devices. They are set up a disposable lock picks (disposable meaning that they break after so many uses) of three different grades “improvised, good, and excellent” and can be use to pick the locks on 2 tone breakable objects and door. Why do you need these? Well these devices together allow role players to actually pick locks in game. This frees up time for other poses in chat and allows a more realistic way of dealing with “nefarious” activities.

About the lock pick ratings:
---------------------------------
* Improvised lock picks are the least efficient in picking locks and will break after 10 uses.
* Good locks picks are better than improvised lock picks at picking locks but are very durable. They will break after 30 uses.
* Excellent lock picks are the best at picking locks but are not as durable as good lock picks. They break after 20 uses.
How to use them?:
---------------------------------------------
* First equip the lock pick.
* When you wish to use them enter “/1ready”. This is “draw” the lock picks so that you can use them.
* Move right up to the object to unlock (within < 2.5m).
* Go into mouse look and click the mouse button. To pick a lock you will have to work at it. So you need to make multiple attempts to pick the lock (limited to 1 attempt every 3 seconds). DON’T hesitate! Doors and locks will reset if you stop picking them so you will have to start all over, but each attempt to pick the lock will weaken your lock picks until they eventually break. The object that is being picks will respond with your progress toward picking the lock.

* /1help – Displays the commands in chat for you.
* /1ready – prepares the lock pick for use
* /1hide – hides the lock pick and takes it out of use
* /1stats – displays the statistics of your lock picks including how many uses are left until they break.
