A very nice simple build that you can mod. As to one of the reviewers, hey what do you expect the description did say New York Loft! That pretty much sums it up. Nice build and textures. Thanks for the freebie.
Very nice loft. More prims than I'd like, but the added detail is worth it if that's what you're going for.
I noticed a bit of texture flicker on the outside around the doors and window, but if you're living in a skybox you're usually not looking at the outside walls very much.
