Features an open floorplan for versatile applications and a mezzanine, accessible to avatars of realistic proportions. I would advise using mouselook upstairs. full width porch at the front. Can be used as a waterfront building where the porch would serve as dock.

Great cabin!
Simple and decent, not to much prims, good texturing and a very good price. It's no huge cabin, exactly what I wanted.
The only minor thingie is that there's no fence on the second floor. When SL's lagging it's usual self, I tend to fall, but got that problem solved easily.
