This cabin was designed for the absolute beginner to be able to drop it. The doors are all linked, making this one of the easiest cabins to set up. This is a great beginner house for anyone just starting out in SL.
There are very few scripts in the house, except the lockable doors and the animated fire, so it should be relatively lag free. It's modifiable so you can re-texture it as you like, and copyable so you don't need to keep buying them if you mess it up.
