If you use a physics layer with your Tango Delicq Mesh implants, your own breasts might poke through sometimes, and then you can wear this alpha to hide them completely.
Also works with normal (non mesh) Tangos, since sometimes SL makes transparent layers disappear if your skin texture has an alpha layer too.. wearing the alpha will stop this from happening.
This alpha also works with most other makes of implants that cover most of the chest
