S tier purchase.
Not too expensive at all, really solid land impact for its size and complexity, has proper amounts of detail.
Its a no brainer as a purchase. If you want a tower or have a fantasy sim - grab it. Its silly not to.
The only thing you should be aware of is that the door is right against the side of the tower on the upper floor so in "theory" there shouldn't be space, but it is magic so its fine and more importantly it looks polished.

Okay so, I actually stacked this tower on top of a castle I already own, modded it yada yada to match. But honestly, the texturing you did is so good, the space is good, the shape, its all really really frickin good. i hope to see more build pieces from you in general, youre really stylized and i love this so much!
